Terms of Service for Red Moon Web Design

1. Services Provided: Red Moon Web Design provides website design, development, SEO, and monthly maintenance services.

2. Payment Terms By starting service, you agree to the following payment schedule:

  • Month 1: A one-time setup and service fee of between $99 and $175, depending on subscription tier. Price is liable to change if SEO is needed.
  • Recurring: Starting Month 2 (Usually only different if SEO /website redesign is involved), a recurring monthly fee will be charged for ongoing maintenance, hosting, and SEO management.

3. Automatic Billing Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Red Moon Web Design to charge the monthly fee automatically until service is cancelled.

4. Cancellation You may cancel your service at any time after 9 months and 30 days’ notice. Upon cancellation, Red Moon Web Design will provide the client with site backup files provided all outstanding invoices are paid.

5. Liability Red Moon Web Design is not liable for loss of revenue or data due to server downtime or third-party platform changes.
